What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days if items are unopened and unused (except for Kuwait, 14 Days). The customer will need to cover the shipping cost. Faulty products will be replaced at no cost. Email return@playpouch.me with your order number and photos to start a return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Please note that items purchased on sale, promotion, or clearance are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, and Lebanon.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PLAY POUCH?
To refresh your Play Pouch, first remove any toys or items inside and give it a good shake. For a quick lift, place it in the dryer on low heat for five minutes and it will feel as good as new. Gentle spot cleaning is recommended, but if your Pouch has picked up dirt or stains, you can cold hand wash or use a gentle cold machine wash with mild detergent. Always hang to dry in the shade and wash separately, as colours may run or fade. If ironing is required, use a low heat setting and take care to avoid the labels, rope, and screen-printed designs, as these can be damaged by heat.
